Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from tracking date received to request a return. Please note that we do not do returns and refunds if the product has no manufacturing defects.

The returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition. The return must include all the materials that came with the original shipping, including but not limited to the product, tool, instruction manual, and packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase, your order number, or other information.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

We will start working on your order as soon as you submit it. Therefore it's very unlikely that we can change or cancel it. If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

In order to exercise Your right of refund/ cancellation, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: whimsycellar@yahoo.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the address we will provide to you upon return approval.  Any returned purchases scratched, or damaged will incur a fee based on sustained damage, even subject to acceptance refusal.

Tracking number must be provided with a note of details.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Sound Boards and electronics are not reimbursable due to usage by customer or user errors. All electronics are pretested prior to shipping. If you encounter any issues, please report them via email including images or videos, so we can evaluate the situation for potential repairs or replacements, not refunds.

Items Not Covered Under Warranty: Batteries, SD Cards

 

 

Refunds 

We will reimburse You no later than 15 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement other than the cost of the return, which is done by you, the buyer. 

Refund or returns other than warranty repairs are not allowed after 10 days of order received, replacement or repairs Do Not reset warranty date.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
