Shipping policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

- Please be aware that we DO NOT ship to PO Boxes. The only exception is college campus and universities.

Shipping method

- Shipping by DHL/ UPS/ USPS. 

 CHANGE OR CANCEL

We will start working on your order as soon as you submit it. Therefore it's very unlikely that we can change or cancel it. If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it happen. Please note that once your order has been shipped, there is a fee to change the shipping address. Please keep that in mind before placing your order!

 

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

Most orders will ship from our overseas fulfillment partner.

- The current estimated shipping period is 9 -15 business days. Be advised the holidays, weather and unforeseen events may cause delays.

Import/Duty Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import/duty taxes according to their local laws. It is the buyers responsibility to calculate and prepare for what those fees are if applicable to your orders. Any Orders returned due to non payment of fees or neglect of customs will apply a reshipping fee.  If this occurs please reach out to us to confirm what that fee will be. 

Orders that are returned due to non-payment of duties or failure to comply with customs requirements will be subject to a reshipping fee. These fees will be subtracted from any refund given.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that the carrier delivered your package, but you have not received it, you MUST contact us within ten days to file a claim

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We DO NOT issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered.

TRACKING

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

- The processing time for each order is varied. For details, see individual items. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped.

- Shipping Fees & Timing begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email.

- Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery.

- A signature may be required on all shipments above $100.

Exceptions

  • If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday.
  • If placed during or on a Holiday, the Shipping will take place the following business day.
  • Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the shipping company's responsibility.
